Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our website, downloading our mobile application, or using any PanicAlert service, you confirm that:

Emergency Service Disclaimer
PanicAlert is designed to assist users during emergencies, but we do not guarantee immediate response, uninterrupted service, or successful intervention in every situation.
PanicAlert is not a replacement for official emergency services such as the police, ambulance services, fire departments, or other government emergency agencies. In life threatening emergencies, users should contact their local emergency services directly whenever possible.
While we strive to maintain reliable systems and responder networks, delays, technical failures, network interruptions, or inaccurate location data may occur.
Location and Audio Permissions
Certain PanicAlert features require access to your device location, microphone, notifications, and other permissions in order to function properly. By using these services, you consent to the collection and use of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
